Terms of service
These terms apply to the BlendTrip mobile app and the website blendtrip.app (together, “BlendTrip”). BlendTrip is operated by GRIBAN.DEV (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to these terms. Contact: support@blendtrip.app.
1. What BlendTrip does
BlendTrip records travel expenses, splits them into company and personal parts by the type of each trip day, and builds an expense report of the business part. The split is a suggestion based on your settings: you are responsible for checking the report before you submit it to an employer or a tax authority. BlendTrip does not give tax or accounting advice.
2. Account
You sign in with an email link, Apple or Google. Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity in your account. You must be at least 16 years old. You can delete your account and data at any time, see Delete account.
3. Plans and payment
BlendTrip has a Free plan and paid plans: Pro (monthly or yearly subscription) and Trip Pass (one-off, Pro for 30 days). Current prices are on the Pricing page.
On the website, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our website orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for those orders, and the Paddle buyer terms apply to the purchase.
In the apps, subscriptions are sold by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are described in the Refund policy. We may change prices for future periods and will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change applies to your subscription.
4. Your content
Expenses, receipts and reports you add remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run BlendTrip for you, as described in the Privacy policy. Do not upload content you have no right to use or that is unlawful.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse BlendTrip: no attempts to break or overload the service, access other users' data, reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it to create false expense claims.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep BlendTrip available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”. We may change or discontinue features; if we stop a paid feature you paid for, we will refund the unused part of your payment.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for amounts claimed or reimbursed on the basis of a report you submitted. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
8. Ending the agreement
You can stop using BlendTrip and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms; if we close your account without your fault, we will refund the unused part of a paid plan.
9. Changes to these terms
We will post changes on this page and, for material changes, email you before they take effect.
