Privacy policy
This policy explains how GRIBAN.DEV (“we”), the operator of BlendTrip, processes personal data in the BlendTrip app and on blendtrip.app. We are the controller of this data. Contact: support@blendtrip.app.
What we collect and why
- Account: email address, and Apple or Google account identifier if you sign in with them — to create and secure your account (contract).
- Trips and expenses: trips, day types, expenses, payers, receipt photos and the text read from them — to provide the service (contract). Card numbers on receipts are masked except the last 4 digits.
- Purchases: plan, expiry date and purchase identifiers from Paddle, Apple or Google — to give you the features you paid for (contract). We never see your full card details.
- Waitlist: email and language you leave on the website — to tell you when the app is available (consent). Unconfirmed emails are deleted after 7 days.
- Technical data: IP address and request logs, crash reports — to keep the service secure and working (legitimate interest).
We do not sell personal data, do not show ads, and do not use your receipts to train AI models.
Where data is stored
Account and expense data and receipt photos are stored in the European Union. On your phone, data is kept in an encrypted local database.

- Supabase — database and file storage (EU region)
- Our hosting provider — API servers
- Resend — sign-in and waitlist emails
- Anthropic and Microsoft Azure Document Intelligence — reading receipt text into fields, with no retention for training
- Paddle.com — website payments, as Merchant of Record (Paddle is an independent controller for payment data)
- Apple, Google and RevenueCat — in-app subscriptions
Where a processor is outside the EU, transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete the account, we delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example, payment records kept by Paddle, Apple or Google).
Your rights
You can access, correct, export and delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Export and deletion are available in the app (Settings → Export my data, Delete account); see also Delete account. For anything else, email us. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
The website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The Paddle checkout on the Pricing page sets the cookies it needs to process a payment.
Changes
We will post changes on this page and email you about material ones.
